Hi there...
For me, it's not about how my Yoga practice looks, it's about how it makes me feel. I first tried Yoga as a teenager and I still remember the words of the meditation, and the feelings I had of peace. Fast forward to 2017,I founded a children's Yoga company, zenchild, alongside my job as primary school teacher. In 2019, I trained as a yoga teacher with Yogahaven in Epidavros, Greece. I now teach at Yogahaven, as well as privately and for corporate clients. My intention is to help you find inner peace, so that no matter what the external circumstance, you can always find that within.
